Don't know where to start with Shadow work? Do you catch yourself reacting to the same triggers without knowing where that reaction is coming from? Shadow work is identifying the parts of ourselves that we have hidden and locked away because we were taught those parts were shameful or embarrassing, or too traumatic for us to handle at the time. In this session I connect energetically to find the root of your shadow work, and with you formulate a plan to release those traumas and integrate you with your shadow. Through releasing old traumas, and integrating your shadow, you feel closer to your authentic self .
