Shadow Work Coaching
Shadow work plays an important part in our spiritual growth. It involves recognizing patterns, acknowledging hard truths, and accepting and releasing trauma and negative imprints that have remained hidden for sometimes years. You have the option of a 30 minute session or 1 hour session during which I connect with the root of your shadow work, energetically pulling it up and allowing you to connect with it from a different perspective while focusing healing energy into that space. I relay any messages from your guides and loved ones I receive during this connection and provide tips and techinques for you to continue the healing after the sesssion.

Everyone has a spirit team and spirit guides, and getting to know you spirit team is an important part of spiritual healing and connecting with your higher self. Allow me to connect with your guides, relay any messages and help you strengthen your connection with them.

I started my spiritual journey 10 years ago and quickly learned that I have a calling for shadow work. I not only found myself with an abundance of my own work to do but I could very easily see the paths of other's trauma and help them make sense of their own healing process. From the beginning, my readings have unintentionally always centered around healing, whether it was inner child work, life altering trauma, a troubled relationship, every reading acknowledged a traumatic energy imprint and it became obvious what my life purpose is. I believe that everyone has the ability to do their own shadow work and healing, but sometimes we need a little more guidance, an outsider perspective, a better idea where to start, or just some help making sense of everything.. That's where I come in. Together you and I make sense of the pieces that make up your shadow work so that you can release those old traumas and integrate your shadow.
